The Process

Three steps. No software. No fuss.

You send the drawings, we do the measuring and pricing, you send a professional estimate to your client. That's the whole job.

In short

Our estimating service works in three steps: you upload your drawings in any format, our estimators measure and price the job to your rates, and you receive a professional estimate, bill of quantities or take-off branded as your own, usually within 3 to 5 working days.

There is no software to learn and no subscription. You only pay per project, and you keep full control of your rates and margins.

1

Upload your drawings

Send us your plans however you've got them, including architectural PDFs, structural drawings, a scanned sketch, or photos taken on your phone. Drag and drop them onto our upload form, or email them over. Add any notes about the scope, the spec, or what you need priced. If your drawings are incomplete, that's fine. We'll tell you exactly what we need to give you an accurate number.

2

We do the take-off

Our estimators measure the job properly, covering quantities, areas, volumes and materials, the way a senior QS would. We apply your standard labour rates and preferred margins so the estimate reflects how you actually work and win jobs. We measure to recognised standards (RICS NRM where relevant), so the numbers stand up to scrutiny when your client or a main contractor questions them.

3

Get it back, fast

You receive a clean, professional document set: a priced estimate, bill of quantities or materials take-off as appropriate, formatted under your branding. It's ready to send straight to your client. Most jobs come back within 3-5 working days, with same-day and next-day options for urgent tenders. Need a tweak? We'll revise it.

What you'll need to send us

The more you send, the tighter the estimate, but don't worry if you don't have everything.

Drawings or plans

In any format: PDF, image, scan or phone photo. Architectural, structural, M&E, or a simple sketch. Whatever you've got.

Your labour rates

If you have them. Your day rates and preferred margins let us price the job exactly as you would. No rates? We'll use current market rates.

Scope notes

A line or two on what's in and what's out, the spec, any client requirements, and your deadline. Context helps us get it right first time.

What you get back

A finished, sales-ready document under your name, not a pile of raw numbers.

Professional branded estimate

Formatted with your logo and details, so to your client it came straight from your office. Clear, itemised and ready to send.

BoQ or take-off as needed

A full bill of quantities or a quantified materials take-off, depending on what the job needs and what you asked for.

Fast turnaround

Typically 3-5 working days, with same-day and next-day priority options when a tender deadline is breathing down your neck.
